Gold Blitz? More of a bronze blitz. High frost and leaves a lovely sheen if you apply it very lightly. A little definitely goes a long way with this shadow/cream hybrid.
I always use a synthetic flat eyeshadow brush to apply this because applying this fine cream with natural bristles will not do justice to the pigmentation.
Yes you've heard the hype and yes it does live up to all the talk around the online beauty community. I know it's very pricey for a single shade but this baby will last you a lifetime (unless you drop it and it happens to shatter).
This shade is relatively boring compared to the other multi-dimensional shades in their permanent range. This looks best in my opinion on yellow toned skins. On olive and pink toned girls it will look gold and may be too dramatic. For me it replaces my everyday bronze eyeshadow. I love the way it blends and how versatile it is. You can sheer it out or layer it up to build up the intensity.
If any of you guys were tossing up between #6 (Khaki Pulse) and this .. if you're heavily tanend/dark or have an olive toned skin I would go for #6 because the green glitter will really compliment your skin colour.. On me it looks too harsh and too green but I had to pass no matter how gorgeous it was when I swatched it.
Word of caution: Don't wash your face with this on because the glitter will end up everywhere on your skin so remove with a gentle makeup remover first and then proceed to wash your face!
